CTS developed a targeted customer service training course – based on reality and not management concepts and ideals – which could be delivered to all levels of employee. Training and mentoring a number of trainers from within the contract supervisory and team leader population to deliver the course effectively and monitor the results.

Justine was a joy to work with when planning our training course. Not only did she put together the course and deliver it, she also did a mystery shop at 2 of the venues, which was definately value for money.
